Mountain stream in Azarbaijan

Mountain stream on the way to Tabriz This was an incredibly beautiful little spot, a quite unexpected find amongst the barren mountains. The stream was clear and cool, presumably coming from a spring higher up in the mountains.

We had now left the Kordestan province of Iran and were in Azarbaijan.
